Let me Blow Ya Mind: No-Fruit Smoothie Recipe
If there was a contest for best smoothies, this might win. After feeling stressed out and going to Trader Joe’s to clear my head, I find serenity in supermarkets, I came across some interesting new products. After posting the picture below, I was asked, what can you do with black fermented garlic, and I think I have found one of my answers.
This smoothie is everything and the best part about it? IT CONTAINS ZERO FRUIT. Are you curious yet? Check out the recipe:
1/2 cup baked squash blend (I cut 1 mini delicata squash and 2 honeynut squashes in half, poured a little water in a rimmed baking dish and baked for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, scooped out the insides – removing the seeds and mixed it together).
1 cup spinach
1.5 cups almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp shredded coconut
1 scoop vegan protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 clove black garlic
