My Secret Weapon for Better Digestion

I am obsessed with optimizing digestion more so than I am optimizing my website! Ha! Its a joke, I am slowly figuring out how to optimize my website, but back to whats important, and that is improving digestion! When I am feeling off, its important that I start my day off with this special blend or what I like to call my “Health Elixir.”


  • 2 cups room temperature water

  • 1/4 cup aloe vera juice (no sugar added)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (or 1/4 of a fresh lemon)

  • 1 tbsp coconut water kefir (my new favorite product, best probiotic supplement, pictured below!)

The warm water and lemon juice help stimulate digestion and alert the body to start to wake up. Apple cider vinegar contains vitamin C and B vitamins and can help increase the body’s absorption of minerals. Aloe vera helps maintain regularity and encourages the body to eliminate waste.
