Non-Bloating Fiber that Helps Balance the Gut!

There is no doubt that fiber is an essential part of a healthy diet. It keeps our bowels moving,

aids in digestion, provides satiety, maintains steady blood sugar, and more. However, when

digestive imbalances are thrown into the mix, fiber can create more chaos than balance.

When your diet contains too little or too much fiber, or if you suffer from digestive imbalances you may experience symptoms like:

  • Constipation

  • Diarrhea

  • Bloating and gas

  • Stomach aches and cramps
